Adding a Personal Device to Your Account


Adding a new device to your web platform is a straightforward process. You have two main pathways to add a device depending on your specific needs: Add a Personal Device or Create Company.

Adding a Personal Device

If you want to add a device for individual use, without any added complexities, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard:
    • From the main dashboard, click on “Add Device”.
  2. Enter Device Information:
    • Complete the required fields:
    • For Device information use:
      • Device ID: Enter the Device ID exactly as it appears on your device.
      • Password: Use the Device’s MAC Address as the password.
  3. Confirm and Add:
    • Once all fields are completed, confirm the details and click “Create”.
    • Your personal device should now be successfully added to your account.
